Today you will start exploring the hidden secret of Asia, Bhutan After your breakfast, you will be visiting the largest statue of a sitting Buddha and exploring Thimphu city. Thimphu city is the only capital city in the world without traffic lights, all traffic is handled manually by hand, and it is one of the centers of attraction in Thimphu. visit the Bhutan Post head office for customized postal stamps and the postal museum For lunch, you will be hopping in the authentic Bhutanese restaurant. It is worth trying while you are in Thimphu as it serves juicy delicious and different types of fillings. After lunch proceed to Punakha. On the way, you will be stopping at Dochula Pass to view the Magnificent Himalaya and 108 stupas on the hilltop. Then Visit Chimi Lhakhang the fertility Temple
After breakfast, hike the Khamsum Yulley Namgyel stupa which takes around 1 hours. Lunch as a picnic in Zomlingthang, you will be served with red rice and organically grown vegetables from Punakha. After that visit Punakha fortress. It is considered one of the most beautiful fortresses in Bhutan and where our King and Queen had their wedding celebrations. Then Transfer to Paro
Toady will ne the most awaited day, the Tiger’s Nest Temple Hike. It isa approximately 5 hours hike. Difficult in hiking? Don’t worry. You can opt for a pony ride till halfway. When you reach the Temple, you will feel closer to heaven, maybe it can be the closest place on earth to heaven. Lunch at TakTshang Cafeteria. After the hike, take a chance to wear a Bhutanese national dress, Gho for boys, and Kira for Girls. Take photographs and make memories of Bhutan. Also try archery, the national sport of Bhutan, and dip into the hot stone bath to relax your body.
After breakfast, you will be dropped to Paro Airport for your onward journey back to home.
