7Days.Travel Pvt. Ltd. Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payments
- Booking Confirmation: A deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking.
- Balance Payment: The remaining 50% of the total tour cost must be paid no later than 30 days before the date of entry.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation More Than 30 Days Before Travel:
- A 90% refund of the total tour cost will be provided for cancellations made more than 30 days from the first date of travel.
- Cancellation 07-30 Days Before Travel:
- A 50% refund of the total tour cost will be provided for cancellations made between 7 and 30 days from the first date of travel.
- Cancellation 07 Days or Less Before Travel:
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made 7 days or less from the first date of travel.
3. Tour Date Changes
- Flexible Tours: We offer full flexibility for tour date changes with zero charges. However, any additional charges by third-party suppliers (such as hotels and flights) will apply.
4. Additional Terms and Conditions
- Third-Party Suppliers: The terms and conditions of other suppliers, such as hotels and airlines, will be applicable if any. These may include policies regarding cancellations, changes, and refunds.
- Card Payments: A 3.5% additional charge will be applied for payments made by credit or debit card.
5. General Terms
- Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may affect your travel plans.
- Health and Safety: You are responsible for ensuring that you meet all health and safety requirements, including vaccinations and health certificates, for the destinations included in your tour.
- Passports and Visas: It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond the end of your tour and that you have obtained the necessary visas for all countries included in your itinerary.
6. Liability
- Force Majeure: 7Days.Travel Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or government restrictions.
- Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any loss or damage you may suffer is limited to the total cost of your tour package.
7. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7Days.Travel Pvt. Ltd. is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
By booking a tour with 7Days.Travel Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes.
